Service Request Form:
To book services, please fill in & submit the Service Request Form at the bottom of this page. We will contact you within 24 hours after submitting your request to let you know we received your request and give you a quote.
***If the talent is available a deposit OR payment in full by credit card is required to secure talent.
For services totaling $300 or less, payment in the full amount is required to secure services.
For services totaling $301 or more, a deposit of 1/2 the full amount is required to secure services.
*We can not hold services without deposit.*
Final payment:
When securing talent with deposit the final payment is due by credit card the Monday before your event.
Company events have the option to make deposit and payments by credit card or company check to allow for check payment processes.
***For company events we hold talent for an agreed upon time frame to allow for deposit check payment processes.
Rescheduling:
We understand that sometimes things change so we have made it easy for you to reschedule.
If you reschedule the service(s), we will apply the total amount collected from you to secure the new date and time. The talent is subject to availability. In the event the talent is not available for the rescheduled date, the total amount collected from you will be refunded.
Cancellations:
If rescheduling is not an option and you have to cancel services here is how we handle it.
1. Cancel within one week:
If you cancel your event within one week of your event date we would refund the total amount collected from you minus a $50 booking fee (per service) scheduled.
2. Cancel on day of event:
Cancellations on the day of event will receive a refund of one half the total amount previously collected from you.
3. No cancel and unable to perform beyond our control:
If you do not cancel or if we show up to perform our duties, but cannot because of weather or circumstances beyond our control, there is no refund.
Additional time:
To provide the best service to each and every one of our wonderful clients, our talents can only accommodate the number of children in the time frames specified.
Sometimes more children than you scheduled for will be present at your party or event,
when this happens you may want to ask the talent(s) to stay for additional time.
If you need more time and artist(s) are available to stay, there will be an additional cost of $35 per 15 minutes per artist. The artist(s) will not stay longer than you request.
Any additional time will be charged to your credit card the Monday after your event.
For company events:
An invoice for the additional time will be submitted the Monday after your event.
