Please Read First:
1. To book services, please fill in and submit the questionnaire at the bottom of this page.
2. If the talent is available, payment by credit card or company check is needed to secure available talent when we contact you. We can not hold services without payment except for company events to allow for payment processes.
3. Services under $250 will require payment in full,
services over $250 will require a deposit of 1/2 the full amount.
Our Rescheduling and Cancellation Policies:
After making payment/deposit, here is how we handle rescheduling and cancellations:
If you reschedule the service(s), we will apply the total amount collected from you to secure the new date and time, the talent is subject to availability. In the event the talent is not available for the rescheduled date the total amount collected from you will be refunded.
Cancel within one week:
If you cancel your event within one week of your event date we would refund the total amount collected from you minus a $50 booking fee (per service) scheduled.
Cancel on day of event:
Cancellations on the day of event will receive a refund
of one half the total amount previously collected from you.
No cancel and unable to perform beyond our control:
If you do not cancel, and we show up to perform our duties, but cannot because of weather or circumstances beyond our control, there is no refund.
